Devon Women In Business (DWIB) is run as a business partnership by Louise Jenner & Maureen Townsend. The group now has over a thousand followers across social media. Its ethos is to support professional women working across the county in all sectors to celebrate their achievements. In 2024 the traditional lunches have been supplemented with online networking, brunches, social events and webinars/workshops. 💖 Devon Women In Business Membership We have 4 tiers of paid membership and sponsorship opportunities starting at just £5 per month! Female business owners, managers, executives and employees will all have the chance to be involved and support other women in business across the county. There is a members directory and a host of benefits including Special Members’ Offers and Top Tips. 💖 Supporting Devon Women In Business The supportive side of DWIB is all about networking but don’t worry, it’s not the kind of networking you might have experienced before! This is friendly and informal. We’re not here to sell at each other; we’re here to build relationships and have conversations. To collaborate and help one another to succeed. We are expanding the kinds of events we run in 2024. We meet at least once a month in person and we have online networking on the second Thursday of each month too. Members can access webinars and workshops on all kinds of subjects. 💖 Celebrating Devon Women In Business – The DWIB Awards We organise the annual Devon Women In Business Awards and the DWIB Awards 2024 will be held for the second year running at Winslade Manor in Exeter on 9th November, recognising the achievements of female business owners and employees across Devon. The 2024 Awards are now open. The closing date is 12th September and the winners will be announced at our Celebration Dinner at Winslade Manor on 9th November.
