Hello, my name is Hayley… In 2007 my life was extremely bleak as I was addicted to Class A illicit substances, I lost my daughter into voluntary care, and I was cocooned it a world where nothing on the outside really existed, until I went into a high intensive CBT detoxification centre. It was here that I realised my true calling which was to make a real difference through supporting less fortunate individuals and empowering them to become valued members of society into, from here I worked my way up the ladder to become a service manager. Since then, I have gained degrees in HNC Health and Community Studies, FdSc Mental Health, and Ba (Hons) Applied Health and Social Care, more recently I have become a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, now I am on a mission empowering others to thrive. As a Health and Wellbeing Coach I aim to empower you to take charge of your holistic wellbeing journey, in a safe environment exploring an array of key areas which include, accountability, elicit solutions and strategies (empowering you to generate your own thoughts, emotions, and beliefs), facilitating self-discovery (guiding your way through introspection and reflection), and exploring and aligning (through insightful questions and active listening, enabling you to gain clarity). At the event I will be providing a quick 5 minute coaching session for all, providing you with a brief introduction and allowing us to build the rapport required to fulfil my mission and build a better future for all, I look forward to seeing you there.
